Cancellation Policy
Because I take intentional time with every client to ensure a high-quality and personalized experience, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
✨Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24hrs in advance for all services and package session.
✨Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service . However, I understand life happens:
💫You may reschedule once and receive your service/ package series within 7 days of the original appointment to apply the fee as a credit toward your service.
💫If rescheduling is not possible within that window, the fee will be forfeited/ package session will be considered redeemed.
💫No shows will result in 100% of the service being charge / forfeiture of package session and no reschedule credit offered.
✨A pattern of late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of grace period or booking privileges.
✨Please note: any discounts or promotional pricing tied to the original appointment will be forfeited and do not carry over to the rescheduled services.
