Hi, I’m Lauren Channell, a Licensed Esthetician with more than a decade of experience and the founder of Esthetic Therapy. Originally from New Orleans and now proud to call Houston home, I began my career in esthetics in 2012 with a belief that still guides my work today: caring for the skin should never require choosing between meaningful results and an experience that feels deeply restorative. My approach centers on the health, strength, and longevity of the skin, supporting a radiant complexion through every season of life. I believe in understanding the skin and creating thoughtful strategies that deliver meaningful improvement over time. My faith is the foundation of who I am and shapes the way I approach both life and service—with gratitude, compassion, and a genuine desire to care well for the people entrusted to me. I’m a proud mother of one, a lifelong student of my craft, and someone who truly believes this work is part of how I’m called to serve others. When you enter my treatment room, my hope is that you feel seen, cared for, and confident placing your skin in my hands—and that when you leave, you feel a little more restored than when you arrived. Cancellation Policy
Because I take intentional time with every client to ensure a high-quality and personalized experience, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
✨Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24hrs in advance for all services and package session.
✨Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service . However, I understand life happens:
💫You may reschedule once and receive your service/ package series within 7 days of the original appointment to apply the fee as a credit toward your service.
💫If rescheduling is not possible within that window, the fee will be forfeited/ package session will be considered redeemed.
💫No shows will result in 100% of the service being charge / forfeiture of package session and no reschedule credit offered.
✨A pattern of late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of grace period or booking privileges.
✨Please note: any discounts or promotional pricing tied to the original appointment will be forfeited and do not carry over to the rescheduled services.
